It takes Groupon about 24 hours to get you your "Groupon Voucher". Once you get your voucher, you are ready to book your session.
In order to keep ourselves sane, and to make this process as uncomplicated as possible, we have set up a series of online forms for everyone.

The images from your session are copyrighted and portraits and protected by federal law. It is illegal to copy, save to your computer, claim as your own, add to other websites, or anything else without photographer's express written permission. Please respect Melissa's livelihood and the care and attention paid to each of your images by adhering to copyright laws. Thank you for your cooperation.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
Your Groupon session includes up to one hour studio session time, one in-person ordering appointment, and one pose/image of 1 8x10, 1 5x7, 2 4x5's (all same pose). OR (24 wallets if you purchased the Senior Groupon) There are no substitutions of the offered package.
You have until February 28, 2012 to complete your session. However, you need to book your session at least 30 days prior to the expiration date, ie, no later than January 28, 2012 or your session will be forfeited. ------------------------------------------------------ If you need to reschedule due to illness, please give us at least 24 hours notice. We will be happy to reschedule your session for another time within 30 days of your originally scheduled session. Sessions cancelled without 24 hours notice forfeit their Session. ------------------------------------------------------ Please arrive on time (but also not overly early--a half hour is overly early). It is to your advantage to be on time and ready to start the session. Starting late means you will have less images to choose from. If you have not arrived or contacted us within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time, we reserve the right to continue on to the next session and your Session will be forfeited. ------------------------------------------------------ Only well behaved pets in the studio. Your pet should obey to the commands of sit and stay. All dogs need to enter the studio on leash, and cats need to be in a carrier upon arrival. Pet owner is financially responsible for any pet caused damages to studio equipment. ------------------------------------------------------ Please be sure everyone who is involved in making the final decision in your portrait investment is present as we do not have proofs or contact sheets to give out at the appointment for you to take home with you. Please note, Flying Turtle Photography does NOT do internet/online ordering. We conduct the ordering appointment in the studio. Children are welcome, however they may become restless during the ordering appointment, which may last up to an hour. Please plan accordingly for your child, as only you know how they will handle this time. During this appointment, we are here to help you make the best decisions to fit your needs and your home's design, whether creating wall galleries, designing storyboards/collages with you, or helping choose gift prints for relatives. The ordering appointment is an enjoyable and productive one hour meeting during which time your order is placed. ------------------------------------------------------ While we do capture many images during your session, you will see only those images deemed selected by the artist for previewing. Each finished image is carefully rendered by the artist to ensure maximum artistry and technical perfection. Images with eyes closed, heads turned, duplicates, etc. will not be shown and are removed from our archives permanently after the artist rendering is complete. ------------------------------------------------------ Please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to be completed. Canvases, fine art paintings and specialty items can take longer. Your portraits are an investment and an heirloom that should not be rushed. You will be notified by telephone when your order is ready for pickup. If you are unable to pickup your order, we can ship your order to you for a small additional charge. ------------------------------------------------------ Payment of any order is due in full when the order is placed. Flying Turtle Photography will not accept partial payments. Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned check charge and must then be replaced with cash or certified funds or credit card. No substitutions, exchanges or refunds after placing your order. Pricing is non-negotiable. Orders needed before the four-week time period will be considered "rush orders" and charged a $50 rush fee on the total. ------------------------------------------------------ Purchased images are archived for future availability up to one year from date of creation. Purchased images are archived and unordered images are purged 10 days after the order date. Any order placed more than 10 days after ordering appointment requires a minimum $100 reorder. Reprint prices will reflect current product guide price at the time of reordering. ------------------------------------------------------ The client expressly releases the photographer, her employees and agents from all claims, damages, and liabilities that may result from accidents or incidents that may occur during the portrait session. ------------------------------------------------------ Your Session is not valid with and cannot be combined with any other offers or events by Flying Turtle Photography, including but not limited to Limited Edition Sessions, Referral Cards, Spokesmodel Cards, or any other promotion. ------------------------------------------------------ Flying Turtle Photography reserves the right to use images created under this contract for advertising, display, publication, or other purposes. Negatives, digital files and previews remain the exclusive property of the photographer. SALES TAX: Oklahoma state sales tax will be added to all additional services and portrait orders.ADDITIONAL FEES
Payment for add ons (additional subjects, weekend session time) is required to be paid in full at time of booking.EXPIRATION
RESCHEDULING/ILLNESS
If you have a sick child and try to keep your appointment, we will most likely stop the session if we notice your child is sick. Sick children do not like to be photographed and we know that you will not love your portraits nearly as much as if he or she was in good health. ARRIVAL TIME

EXCLUSIVE PHOTOGRAPHER: No camera, other than the photographer's is permitted in the portrait session for both studio and location.
EXTRA PEOPLE: Please only bring the people to be photographed, or in the case of children, parents are of course welcome.

After reading the policies above, complete the Book Your Session form below to schedule your session. Bookings are by form only, we do not book your Groupon sessions over the phone. Once you have completed this online form, we will get back to you to confirm your dates.
