Scheduling
- Sessions should be scheduled 1-2 weeks in advance.
- If you are unable to make a scheduled session please give 24 hours notice.
- If your child is sick, please reschedule. Sick children are not happy children.
- When you call to schedule your portrait session we will also schedule an ordering appointment 5-7 days later.
Portrait Session
- Depending on the type of portrait session scheduled your session could take anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours. Please schedule an appropriate amount of time for your session type.
- Session fees are due at the time of session. Inability to pay said fees will result in the rescheduling of the session.
- The photographer reserves the right to reschedule a session due to bad weather.
Ordering Appointment
- Session fees must be paid in full in order to attend an ordering appointment.
- Ordering appointments can take 45 minutes to 1.5 hours. Please schedule your time appropriately.
- Depending on the session type 20-100 images will be shown.
- All decision making parties should be present at the ordering appointment. Additional appointments will be charged a $25 fee for time.
- Orders of $1000 or less are due in full at the time of the ordering appointment. Orders of $1000 or more will require half payment at the time of the ordering appointment and the remaining half due at the time of print delivery.
- Images are not available online prior to the ordering appointment. Images can be placed in an online gallery for out of town family with a minimum order of $300
- Session images are available for purchase on a CD. The cost is $1500.
- Once payment is received all images ordered will be available on Facebook for sharing with friends and can be used on phones, blogs or other networking sites. These images will be sized at 400×600 pixels at 72 dpi with a Flying Turtle Photography watermark. These images are not meant for reprinting. Attempts to remove the watermark or reproduce these images will be considered copyright infringement.
Print Delivery
- Prints will take 2-3 weeks from the time of the ordering session to be available for pick up.
- Orders consisting of smaller prints can be shipped to you for an additional charge.
- Albums, canvases, framed artwork and other specialty items will have a longer delivery time (possibly 3-6 weeks).
- Please call or email to set up an appointment to pick up prints.
